    1. Tune into your natural wisdom!
    2. During times of transition it can be easy to misplace our true selves as we grasp for a higher understanding of who we are. As many folks are facing the very real effects of trauma it’s not always easy to explain what’s happening to folks who are demanding answers to soothe their own sense of discomfort. What are the answers we seek to make sense of a world that seems to be falling apart? Well I have found solace in the one place I know where to look, within myself. There is a deep respect and appreciation that needs to be acknowledged for the body that carries us. As we know that we are in a state that carries trauma, let us not forget to be nice to ourselves.
    3. Self-discipline is the practice of ‘knowing thyself.’
    4. Self-care is the practice of ‘loving thyself.’
    5. Self-centered is the practice of giving from a place of continuity.
    6. Selfish is the inability to comprehend that another is going through a similar process.
    7. Self-sabotage is the inability to let yourself fail.
    8. How can we better co-create continuity?
